Our AA Rosetted, historic and atmospheric restaurant is at the heart of Inveraray, with centuries old stone walls, cosy nooks and open fires. A wonderful lunch or dinner venue for groups of any size.
Our menu features Langoustine, creel caught from our own boat, Loch Fyne Oysters, 42 Day, House Aged, Scotch Beef and Royal Burgh Venison stalked on the hills of Inveraray.
Open seven days per week from 11am - Midnight/1am. Last orders for dinner is 9pm. Booking is advised.

A (Very) Scottish Hotel
The George Hotel is the longest running family-owned and run hotel in Scotland, the hotel has been the heart of Inveraray for centuries and our family has welcomed visitors from all over the world, for over 16o years and seven generations.
Our buildings are some of the oldest in Inveraray, the first planned town in Scotland and a Grade A listed Royal Burgh on the banks of Loch Fyne, Argyll.
You will find authentic Scottish history at every turn at The George Hotel as we continue to showcase the best Scottish produce from Scottish made toiletries to the whisky and the local, world class meats and seafood.

The Garden Bar at The George enjoys views over Loch Fyne. With live music, free entry music festivals, street food, pizza shack, full bar and West Beer and Fyne Ales on tap.
